The Anti Bias Education goal 2 (diversity) is often seen as ‘the easy one’ but it has the risk to maintain stereotypical messages and dominant power dynamics, if used as an touristic approach.

In this STAND UP conference we propose some critical questions:

1. How do we identify power imbalances in our work? How is power maintained and what is our role? Which aspects of diversity are not named?
2. How do we deal with power imbalances in our work?
