Research questions of the project ECEC and schools as spaces for democratic practice were: How to stimulate democratic participation of young children in childcare centres?
Which competences do educators need to support children in democratic practice? In this presentation we show examples of how to do action-research in practice. We also share the results of our project, including a short analysis of the roles and competences of practitioners.
