Permanent learning in teams as professional requirement

Ana del Barrio Saiz
2012

Permanent learning in teams (PLT) is a critical reflective model of eight instruments - based on the CoRe study (Competence Requirements in ECEC, 2011) - to improve professional quality and competences in early childhood organizations and in contexts of diversity.

The PLT model was the result of a two years action-training research project. PLT has been implemented in the Netherlands in childcare provisions and in the UKK (the pedagogical quality framework for schools in the city of Utrecht). Also in Pedagogy Colleges in Belgium and The Netherlands. There is a publication in Dutch about the PLT model.
