Critical Learning Communities

The aim of the project Permanent learning in teams was to improve the professional quality of childcare centres through critical reflection on cooperation with parents. The international knowledge about critical learning communities inspired us to develop the model Permanent Learning in Teams (PLT).
In this presentation we go into ‘thinking inclusive and finding resistance’, the question ‘how to create spaces for dialogue within teams?’, the developed PLT instruments and the necessary structural work conditions to improve quality in ECEC.
